o Check to see why the member is returning our calls

. Check to see where the prescription is with being delivered to the members

. Send requests to M.D. offices for prescription refills

. Verify mailing addresses, phone numbers and email address

. Verify Credit Card information to be billed for the prescriptions

. Verify payment for order if copay is needed
