Resume:

To whom it may concern,

It is with great excitement that I am applying for a nurse practitioner position. I graduated in August 2022 from Chamberlain University. I am dual-certified with FNP-BC and FNP-C licenses. The entire FNP course emphasizes treatment and care plans for patients from the neonatal to the geriatric population. Currently, I am working as a nurse practitioner at Hackensack Meridian JFK Medical Center with TeamHealth since July 2023. Before that I worked for Hackensack Meridian JFK Medical Center Emergency Department as a staff nurse for 5 years, and staff nurse for one year at Health South Rehabilitation Center. This experience coupled with my coursework has taught me a tremendous amount of critical assessment and treatment skills.

I have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I am successful. I am a hard worker, flexible, and eager to learn from others. I would like to have an opportunity to meet with you to discuss the nurse practitioner position you have available. Please let me know if you have any questions. You can reach me at 848-***-**** (C) via call or text. I have attached my resume and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

Purvi Shah
