Designed glass manufacturing machinery systems based on input from senior engineering, using Solidworks 2023 software. Applied macros to generate Construction Books, and Bill of Materials. Worked applying SW EPDM to manage documentation of projects. Application of GD&T and Welding symbols. Completed detailing and conversion from 1st angle projection to 3rd angle projection drawings, as well as conversion of model from metric dimensions to imperial dimensions.

Worked as project facilitator in the application of Department of Defence’s Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) Assessment Matrix, to evaluate the manufacturing maturity of the facility.

Prepared successive meetings according to MRL which were attended by personnel of all manufacturing disciplines. Resulted in process improvement, risk mitigation and acceleration of change.

In a 3-steam (1Mw each) turbines installation performed on-site warranty repair service (Mechanical and I&C equipment) Accomplishment: Trained customer to avoid future turbine failure, saved account, customer satisfied and issued repeat orders.

In a 2-steam retrofitted turbo-generator installation project: Assumed duties as primary customer contact, directed project team to turn around contentious situation and saved a threatened account.
