After graduating from a Master’s Degree in Economics Management (Banking, Insurance & Finance) in 2000 and recently from a Master’s Degree in Project Management, I have consolidated and established my skills through various work experiences since 2001:

I started my career working in the banking sector where I was a credit analyst for companies during more than 5 years. This experience allowed me to acquire a solid experience as an analyst, an excellent writing skills and a perfect knowledge of the bank, and to confirm my understanding and the interpretation of its different control tools (dashboards, indicators…).

From 2007 to 2011, I joined a research and consulting firm as a senior consultant. During this period, I managed several financial and organizational assessment missions, and I was also responsible for the study, editing, monitoring and evaluation of several business projects. This experience was particularly rewarding because it allowed me to master the different phases of a company's life, from its creation to its growth consolidation phase. I also contributed to help recover several companies in decline.

Moreover, concurrently with these different missions, I developed a strong experience as a trainer, leading several Capacity Building Seminars for Business Leaders, CFOs, project leaders ... and to have to my credit thousands of hours of courses delivered in Higher Education Institutes of Finance and Management.

Thanks to my experience in Consulting Firms, I was able to work for several companies, first as an Administrative and Financial Director and then as Director of Operations.

As of 2016, I created my own business through which, I managed two establishments which include a hotel, a restaurant, and a lounge located in Dakar, Senegal.

Managing Director

P & C International was created in December 2016. It is mostly specialized in the distribution of food and other food related products. In December 2018, P & C International started working in the Food & Beverages Industry (bars, restaurants, fast foods, pizzerias, ...) and today owns two establishments (Complexe Mamai and Kameme Bar).
