To take all efforts for recruitment of employees from publishing of advertisement in the national newspapers, uploading of the same on the University website.
To complete process from scrutiny of applications, written test and interviews to the appointment of the candidates who applied for the advertised posts.
Making Agenda & Working Papers and Minutes and implementation:
(i)The Senate. Items of budget, statutes are placed for approval.
(ii)The Syndicate. Items of budget, statutes, regulations, matters of employees are placed for approval and recommendation to the Senate
(iii)The Selection Board. Items of appointment of teachers and officers are placed for interviewing the candidates.
(iv)The Academic Council. Items relating to Rules and Regulations and Academic matters, i.e. course of studies at Bachelor, Masters and Ph.D level are placed for approval and recommendation to the Syndicate.
Conducting Elections to the authorities like;
Election for membership of the teachers on the Senate and Syndicate.
Performing duties as Presiding Officer in the above elections.
Making circulars, notifications ballot papers, nomination papers etc. also issue notification of the successful elected candidates.
