Conduct daily inspection for the batching plant facilities, trucks and equipment’s to meet the vendor quality standards.

To make sure that the on-going activities are as per approved Project Drawings, Project Specifications, Applicable Standards & Approved Method Statements and ITP.

Monitor the calibration frequencies of the batching plant weighting scales, laboratory equipment’s and apparatus.

Checking the quality and proper storage of all the raw materials received especially admixtures, cement, coarse and fine aggregates.

Ensure that all the raw materials used in the production of concrete was tested in accordance with required frequencies.

Ensure that the design grade was approved and documented.

Perform quality test for trial mix to meet concrete design grade.

Perform quality checking of ready-mix concrete (slump, temperature and making cylinder samples) prior to delivery making sure that the products will satisfies the client’s requirements.

Ensure that the concrete being delivered during hot weather conditions meets the standard requirement as per ACI 305R.
