• I use AVS to check Social Security Numbers and then I use Host Explorer to see if customers have an account and if they don’t then I have to check it off.
• When I process cases in Trips I have a list of numbers that I have click on. That will bring up a check. Then I have to go into Payment Annex and pull up that same check. If that check if for a different person or company then I have to research it. Once I have the correct check then it generates a case number, then I have to assign it to one of our employees.
