After setting the appointment and obtaining their utility bill, we would sell them a loan. The highest loan I had ranged from $50,000-$180,000. After the paperwork was signed, I was readily available to the homeowner, answering any questions and concerns they may have, as well as guiding them through the 18 day to 120 day process to installation. In addition, I was hired to be the Regional Manager of Kansas and assist the Texas team as well. This entailed oversight of both Kansas and Texas teams, administering meetings, training, setting team expectations and keeping logs of numbers.
