• In charge of all maintenance of 3 buildings, fire protection, security systems, security cameras, and building key locks.

• Schedule fire system inspections, sprinkler inspections, backflow and fire extinguisher inspections to comply with local and state laws.

• Implement Preventive maintenance for 65 stamping presses and support equipment at the 820 Algonquin plant.

• Set up Maintenance Department.

• Responsible for hiring and training departmental personnel, holding employee performance reviews, and purchasing materials to perform equipment maintenance for supervised areas. Organized TQM work team and natural work teams.

• Planned and implemented preventive maintenance system for the entire plant; I.S.O. certified for maintenance under my supervision. Prepared budget for three departments of the plant.

• Installed a computerized PM work order and inventory program called Mainsave. This system tied in checks between PM and work orders which then gave a mean time to failure and a mean time to repair. The system was also set up for inventory and budget. When parts were used for work orders or PM’s the system was set for min/max. When min level was met a purchase order was generated by the system to reorder the part. Parts inventory was then reviewed quarterly to assure it was accurate. Plating Supervisor (August 1992-June 1993)

• Created layout and design of Waste Treatment Plant and Air Compressor System for Maumelle plant. Supervised all aspects of the startup of the plant and installation of the equipment.

• Hired and trained personal to run the plating and stamping area’s.
