Judicial Assistant I: As a juvenile court judicial assistant for five judges, my duties and responsibilities consist of the following:
Perform administrative tasks such as making copies; which also includes organizing and creating reference binders that can be 100-1,000 pages up to five sets.

Transcribing meeting minutes
Drafting and sending court and personal correspondences to entities and individuals
Filing documents that include juvenile court summaries daily. Liaison between judges, local and state entities within the court system, private counsel, and pro se litigants through electronic, written, and telephonic communications
