English Essay — Racism in the U.S court system

At the end of senior year were assigned to complete a 20-page paper in a two-week time period. Although there were different motivation levels between myself and my peers, I was able to take the lead and facilitate a successful group project. I also learned the value of taking accountability for my part so that the group could be successful. Practiced assertive communication skills throughout the project.
