Supply Chain Planner. (January 2013 – Present)

Prepare detailed production schedules in SAP/APO based on Master Production Schedule.

Achieved 99% Case Fill Rate for CML by collaboratively working with divisional demand planning and logistics to ensure plant goals were achieved while meeting customer needs.

Achieved factory working capital goals by effectively planning the management of inventory levels at all stages to balance production/customer needs and factory targets.

Process Resource – Liquid Processing. (August 2010 – February 2012)

Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and processing of aseptic dairy and non-dairy products.

Lead and develop the efforts of 22 non-union processing and warehouse operators on shift. Responsible for all operations of milk receiving, ingredient processing, raw rail, CIP plant, cream separation, and UHT on shift with strict emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency and cost control.

Assisted with the implementation of TPM in developing SHO, DOR and WOR KPI’s.

Establish protocol and managed operational zone gasket PM’s in Liquid Processing to further efforts to deliver safe and quality products.

Oversaw the successful training and development of 5 new employees to the Liquid Processing Department.

Led team in further developing Theory of Operations master process grid for balance tanks, supply and preheating, and the infusion chamber system.

MEADWESTVACO, Indianapolis, IN

Developed changeover reduction efforts for machines that resulted in a 47% decrease in change hours.

Reduction in change hours and increase in uptime resulted in 650,000 increase in units/day from 2008.
