Supply Chain Planner. (January 2013 – Present)

Prepare detailed production schedules in SAP/APO based on Master Production Schedule.

Achieved 99% Case Fill Rate for CML by collaboratively working with divisional demand planning and logistics to ensure plant goals were achieved while meeting customer needs.

Lead and develop the efforts of 22 non-union processing and warehouse operators on shift. Responsible for all operations of milk receiving, ingredient processing, raw rail, CIP plant, cream separation, and UHT on shift with strict emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency and cost control.

Assisted with the implementation of TPM in developing SHO, DOR and WOR KPI’s.

Establish protocol and managed operational zone gasket PM’s in Liquid Processing to further efforts to deliver safe and quality products.
