Meet us on the 2nd floor of our Manhattan location. For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 will not be permitted to enter the facility.

Our goal is to provide a fun and enjoyable archery experience for all. Arriving after your reservation start time and late cancellations cause disruptions by impeding our staff's ability to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
We would like to remind you of our policy regarding missed appointments, cancellations, and reschedules. This policy enables us to prepare all equipment, ensuring we start on time with respect to all guests.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
There are no refunds. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lane reservation, we require that you call 212-***-**** or email ****@***-*******.***. Reschedules are as follows: If notified more than 24 hours in advance you can be rebooked one time.

If notified less than 24 hours of your reserved time (or if you give us no notice at all), we are unable to
accommodate—no reschedules, credits, or refunds.
Lateness/No-Show
As mentioned above, there are no credits, reschedules, or refunds for anyone that does not attend a scheduled lane reservation without notifying the range within the rescheduling window.
Gentle reminder that lane rental starts at the top of the hour. It ends at the end of the hour(s) booked regardless of your arrival time. Higher demand with Reduced capacity so the lane may be booked after you.
(It is management's discretion to accommodate late arrivals; we will do our best as long as it does not disrupt other guests.)

Our goal is to provide quality fun and
enjoyable archery experience for all.
"No-shows", arriving after the start of the class and late cancellations cause disruptions to classes and impedes our staff's ability to ensure that classes run smoothly and are respectful of all participants' time.
We would like to remind you of our policy regarding missed appointments, cancellations and reschedules. This policy enables us to prepare all equipment, materials and the range for the class and be respectful of everyone's time by starting classes on schedule.
There are no refunds.
For classes:
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, we require that you call the range at 212-***-**** or email ****@***-*******.*** at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee and no less than 6 hours before the start of the class. If we are notified at least 24 hours of the appointment, we can reschedule you for a future Tuesday - Thursday Class, based on class availability. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reschedule you for a Friday and Weekend class. Reschedules must be used within 3 months of original appointment time.
There is a $10 rescheduling fee if we are notified less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before the class start time. We cannot accommodate requests to reschedule an appointment with less than 6 hours notice.

If you are unable to attend a camp day, we require that you call 212-***-**** and email
*****************@*****.***. Reschedules are as
follows: if notified more than 2 weeks in advance, there is a $25 per week rescheduling fee and the range will try to accommodate you with another week. If notified less than 2 weeks of your camp week (or if you give us no notice at all), we are unable to accommodate—no reschedules, credits, or refunds.
Lateness/No-show Policy:
We request that all participants arrive 15 minutes before the start of a class to ensure that they are processed into our system and ready at the start of the class.
There are no credits, reschedules or refunds for anyone that does not attend a scheduled class without notifying the range within the rescheduling window.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes past the start of the class, you will be deemed a "No-Show".
