• Served as the initial PM for US Government (USG) use only SteelBox® Secure Mobile Communications Application, Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud and on premises application.

• Planed, directed and ensured overall daily operations for selling, managing and revenue tracking of the SteelBox program.

• Attended sales events and briefed government customers on the effectiveness and overall need to secure all USG mobile communications with respect to Controlled, Unclassified Information (CUI) voice and messaging within all federal agencies.

• Developed, implemented, and maintained integrated plans and procedures for classified Presidential and Vice Presidential contingency programs involving a multi-billion-dollar network of federal departments and agency resources.

• Ensured effective information gathering and dissemination techniques through the analysis of existing operations and the development and implementation of improved policies and procedures.

• Organized, safeguarded, and distributed the Presidential nuclear Command and Control (C2) decision-making authenticator system.

• Performed duties as a Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) team member, facilitated C2 for White House Emergency Operations and the Military Aides for the President and Vice President.

• Provided mobile communications support for the President, Vice President, Presidential Successors, White House Senior Staff, and the First Lady.

• Ensured all logistical requirements were met to move a team of up to eight personnel worldwide.

• Responsible for ordering, installing, and billing analysis of all voice and data circuits. Managed and monitored the progress of the team ensuring that all projects were completed and ready prior to a White House visit, including United State Secret Service (USSS) protection requirements.

• Authorized to specify and obligate government funds to local vendors for products or services.

• Orchestrated numerous diplomatic communications to/from foreign Heads-of-State and dignitaries for the President and Vice President during domestic and international visits. Emergency Actions (EA) Supervisor 7/1994 – 1/1996

• Managed a 24-hour operations shift of six White House switchboard personnel. Developed and administered proficiency training consisting of written, verbal, practical tests, exercises, and tabletop discussions.

• Directly responsible for all telecommunications to/from the President and Vice President.

• Activated EA procedures for emergencies and crisis events, which were required for the continuity of the Executive branch of government.

• Operated all secure and non-secure telephone, radio, teleconferencing, and notification systems in direct support of the President, Vice President, White House Staff, and United States Secret Service.

• Performed duties as the President’s hospital response communicator in the event of injury or illness.
