As a clerk I have access to the JDA and the CICS host, also have trained to check trailer into the correct door that is need to get the material unloaded. I have use the CICS to find parts that we have received in the warehouse, such as the time the part has arrived to the plant, I also have access to the JDA that will tell when the part was scanned into the system and who have scanned the part, I have also had to match the UCL to the trailers that we had in the doors letting us know what all belongs on that trailer, under the JDA system I have also adjusted parts into the sytem letting the inventory associates that we can add the count to the inventory.
