Developing and maintaining all department control procedures. Monitoring team that handled all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensuring timely follow up on the same business day. Menu Planning

Designing exceptional menus, purchasing goods, and continuously suggesting necessary improvements.

Developing menus based on client specifications and contracts. Placing orders for recipe ingredients including meats, fresh fruits and produce, herbs, spices, and other supplies.

Monitoring quality of the banquet meal during the event. Traveling to offsite areas in the event a banquet is catered at another location.
