Receiving of spares from suppliers using PASTEL system.

Generating weekly critical stock movement reports.

Making sure that order schedules and delivery lead times are met.

Developing and maintaining price lists of all strategic suppliers.

Ensuring that procurement requisitions have clear and complete information.

Monitoring daily stock movements

Generating reports on outstanding orders with the Procurement department.

Conducting daily sport checks.
