Recovery Specialist

Managed a caseload of up to 50 patients with a cognitive behavioral approach to counseling and coaching low income adults facing a variety of mental health and psychological needs as well as developmental disabilities. Conduct intensive assessments to identify client needs and create robust treatment plans, including supportive counseling for family and caregivers and patient advocacy with relevant hospitals, agencies, and support services.
