Fellowship

Christian community can be one of the most beautiful yet most challenging areas of our lives. The Lord makes clear, all throughout His Word, that regular, rhythmic fellowship with other believers is critical to our spiritual health and growth.

So, lets practice the practice together –

Personal Practice

• What are some of the challenges that you have had with other Christians that may be hindering your desire for fellowship with other believers? Invite the Lord to bring healing and forgiveness in those tough areas and ask his for direction on where and how to connect with His family.

• Are there any Christians that live near you? Regardless of whether they go to church with you, attend another church, or don’t attend church at all, prayerfully consider inviting a few of them together for a meal. While you are together, take a few moments to pray for one another and encourage one another in your relationship with the Lord.

• Are there other Christians in your workplace? Prayerfully consider inviting them to pray together once a week. Perhaps even your small group of Christian co-workers might enjoy gathering around some gospel-centered curriculum once a week before work or during a lunch break. Contact the church office for some available resources.

• Have you connected with a Grace Group, DNA group or Bible study group? We have a variety of options for you to connect with a group of people that are growing in their relationship with Jesus. Join them! We were meant to grow in our relationship with the Lord together. Contact us at the church office for more info on joining a group.
