To whom it may concern,

This letter has been composed to highlight the characteristics and attributes of Ally Davis that I believe she best demonstrated while working together at GE Appliances, as well as recommend her skills for any future career path she chooses. I have worked at GE Appliances for 3 years, and I have worked with Ally for a little over a year. During that time, Ally has always demonstrated initiative, passion, paying attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve on the spot.

One of the best examples where Ally demonstrated this was during my two weeks of absence where I received further training. During that time, Ally covered my responsibilities with great care, and helped the lines continue running smoothly at 104% DRR. For an extended period, she covered Team Lead for an at the time vacant position. She has also covered Electrical Repairman for an extended period, before someone was officially brought in. Once again, Ally has demonstrated a superb ability to surpass the needs of her fellow coworkers, as well as handle critical positions and job responsibilities. Finally, she truly showed how passionate she was about her job by volunteering to do things that enhances her skills and were never required but she took it upon herself to do anyways. This includes being our Ergonomics Health and Safety Representative, working alongside Team, and Group Leads, becoming certified in Electrical and Unit Repair. Ally also enjoyed volunteering to help with extemporaneous tasks, such as Audits and Inventory. I believe Ally Davis will succeed in whatever she chooses and wherever she goes. She will truly be a valuable asset to your team.

Sincerely,

Christopher Heningburg
