Working as a Psych Emergency nurse taking care of a highly violent patient who comes directly from the field on 5150 legal holds in restraints or has been given medic due to their combative behavior. I have gathered experience working with other nurses my charge nurse who moved to the day shift. I team-lead in PES coordinating staff and helping to have a smooth shift. Belong in the assist team that helps to control behavior-challenging patients. I also teach CPI, to both newly hired and old staff to be able to handle risk-action behavior patients.
