Professional Profile

I am looking for permanent, long-term employment to finish out the remainder of my career. I am looking for an institution where I am valued as an employee and a working mother of two. I would like to find an institution where I can apply my skills appropriately, grow with my position, and advance in my work. I am looking to feel fulfilled by working outside the home and also having the opportunity to be provided with a flexible schedule for me to be a mom and raise my children. I am a Certified Paraprofessional with more than 3 years of professional and more than 8 years of personal experience working with children with disabilities, as I have an 8-year-old daughter with learning differences. I come to you with over 20 years of combined experience in Administrative Assisting, Clerical Work, Relationship Building, and Customer Service from the 17+ years I have spent in the Banking Community and the 3+ years in the Educational Community as a Paraprofessional. I work in the Parkland and East Penn School Districts as a substitute doing everything from Clerical to Playground Aide and everything else in between. I also substitute at The Swain School as a Paraprofessional and at Lehigh Career and Technical Institute as a Clerical/Secretarial substitute in their Business and Main Offices. In addition to all of that, I have over 2 years of experience working in middle and lower school administration. I have also had the opportunity in the last year to become proficient not only in Admissions and Enrollment in a private school by processing applications and assisting The Head of School with the enrollment funnel from prospect inquiry to applicant enrollment, but also in Academics and Leadership by developing curriculum assistance products through the Learning Management System, Veracross.
