JOB DISCRIPTION:

Drives agents to their pick and drop off locations

Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.

Keeps a timely shuttle route.

Assists passengers getting in and out of the vehicles.

Operates radio or similar device to communicate with other shuttle drivers to report disruption of service.

Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.

Notifies dispatcher or service manager

Maintains a professional appearance.

Performs other duties as assigned

Transport children and other passengers to and from school

Obey all traffic laws to ensure students arrive to their destination safely

Maintain a clean and mechanically sound vehicle at all times

Ensure the safety of all students when entering and leaving the vehicle

Assist students with getting on and off the vehiucle as needed

Engage with students as they enter and leave the vehicle

Being attentive to traffic and weather conditions and ensuring passenger safety

Following the planned route and schedule for departure times and stops

Regularly checking vehicle safety such as tires, brakes, turn signals and mechanical equipment

Has strong knowledge of company procedures, sales process, products

and programs.

Ability to work as a role model for the sales representatives

Responsible for hiring, training, retaining, and developing the members of

the customer service team, delivering the performance results for the

group, administering Company and divisional operations policies.

Provides feedback to employees regarding performance levels by

monitoring and analyzing statistical reports

Analyzes and documents employee performance and recommends salary

increases Maintains department service level goals by ensuring that

customer care personnel meet phone accessibility and accountability

standards

Ensures error-free processing of customer requests by documenting

information received from other departments and establishing appropriate

interdepartmental procedures

Supervising, staffing and scheduling team activities in the call center;

coordinating and conducting communication and staff training sessions;

evaluating employee performance; providing ongoing

coaching and development; conducting monthly and quarterly

performance reviews; and handling escalated customer complaints

Handles of import and export clearance arrangements through all entry / exit customs offices (by sea, land, and air).

Handles specific logistical files independently

Implements and runs basic logistic procedures

Negotiates with rates for the interest of the company

Purchase or contract for supplies, services and equipment required by any using agency, within the limits of the current budget approved by the management, and in accordance with purchasing procedures, such administrative regulations as the purchasing officer shall adopt for the internal management and operation of the purchasing function, and such other rules and regulations

Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment.

Act to procure for the city the needed quality in supplies, services and equipment at least expense to the city;

Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing supplies and products within a business.
