5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, in the capacity of both sheet metal sub and Mechanical Contractor; strong involvement in all back office aspects of projects from managing and constantly dispersing updated bid lists, completing daily mechanical takeoffs utilizing WenDuct 32/64, procuring materials, labor, equipment and subcontract quotes, attending site visits and writing RFIs when necessary, and compiling that data in order to accurately estimate the jobs and provide competitive proposals to our clients.
