Conducted front-end assessments and consulted with key manufacturing management to obtain optimal class application and production results with 20% improvement. Taught engineers to research and coordinate predictive, preventive, corrective, maintenance procedures and schedules reducing maintenance time by 40%. To attain training at its highest standards, I implemented Performance Based training classes with performance auditing materials. As a result customer requests for the training increased by 100%.
