Led and managed the healthcare functions for Operation Allies Welcome. Worked closely with State Department and local entities to address immediate health concerns, housing and relocation for allies and their family members. Developed tracking mechanisms for documentation for all incoming patients. Managed change during this project to ensure governance and risks were identified and mitigated during this high visibility project. Awarded Army Humanitarian Service Medal.

Program/Project Manager

Developed and streamlined drive-thru COVID testing unit for over 40,000 personnel assigned to Fort Hood. This clinic was the first of its kind developed during the height of the pandemic. Managed change throughout the project to ensure training, protocol and governance were adhered to. This project was mirrored and utilized at other US based installations.
