As a surgical sales manager I was responsible for leading 8 sales reps and 3 associate reps daily. At Mid America Surgical we specialized in trauma, total hips and knees and spinal implants. Year one I was “Rookie of the year” in three separate lines we represented. By year two I had accumulated a territory large enough to acquire 3 sub reps. By my third year I was placed in a leadership role that covered Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas.
