The company distributes unique cleaning supplies through 2 regional pick and pack operations in Dallas TX and Indianapolis IL, Norwex USA services thousands of individual consultants across the country shipping orders directly to their customers. Norwex operates an import warehouse and a foreign trade zone warehouse in Coppell TX to support the two pick and pack operations

Inventory Control Analyst 2014 – 2022

Contributed as a member of the international selection and implementation team for the roll out of JDA (Blue Yonder) planning and replenishment system

Developed forecasting, and replenishment plans for Norwex USA and became the international subject matter expert and point of escalation for all users world wide

Created maintained and implemented replenishment processes for the direct import program growing to 500 TEUs a year.

Reduced overall transportation spend by partnering with the in house Customs Broker to institute a RFP (Request for Proposal) program, vetting and choosing a new freight forwarder that lowered cost and increased service levels. This program and the result were officially rolled out worldwide in the 6 different distribution companies.

Interviewed, hired and managed new members of the planning, replenishment and logistics team as it necessarily increased in size.

Assumed responsibility, as a key member of the foreign trade zone roll out team including partnering with the Customs Compliance Specialist in the vetting and purchase of the Questaweb software needed to ensure the company stays compliant with the regulations of The US Customs Service.
