2014 to 2016 - Lead consultant for various private equity manufacturing clients in Australia, Europe, and North America. Dedicated to increasing client profitability and client/customer satisfaction through selective implementation of high impact continuous improvement methodologies.

Turned around Evoqua Water Technologies, an industrial water filtration manufacturer in Australia by providing on location project management and facilitating numerous Kaizen improvement events. Implemented quality control and reduced waste to stabilize yield and improve throughput resulting in $3.89M EBITDA savings. Reduced labor per unit by10% from $126.23 to $113.42 and overall process lead time by 20% from 30 days to 24 days.

Led BNSF Railway team in Galesburg, IL to establish an incremental flow strategy resulting in a 19% increase in throughput for scheduled and unscheduled locomotive maintenance. Coached and mentored BNSF Bestway Corporate team to analyze, customize, and replicate similar solutions at additional locations within the company.

Completed 10-week multi-country analysis of Bridon International Ltd, - a world leading manufacturing specialist in wire and rope solutions. Identified over $5M in opportunities for product consolidation to reduce complexity and increase customer satisfaction, production efficiency, and logistics and operations planning.

Designed and implemented a Lean sustainment system at Flint Hills Resources which improved operational efficiency by 20%, reduced work order backlog by 50%, and improved productivity. This helped define standard work and drove behavior change, individual ownership, and craft accountability. It was replicated in all shops.

NCR, Duluth, GA 2011 - 2014

Enterprise Master Black Belt

Led PMO in defining and sustaining policies, processes, and methods to achieve multimillion dollar return in benefits. Served as Change agent and improved all aspects of the continuous improvement certification and training programs globally. Projects included development of strategy deployment processes to align policy with execution, and architecture of business management systems.

Developed NCR strategy deployment governance processes to enable global business units to align and manage activities to accomplish corporate enterprise objectives. Achieved a 90% adoption rate with new processes and systems implemented to manage strategic initiatives.

Led team responsible for the evaluation, procurement, and deployment of a new project portfolio management system to replace a fragmented and unstable one. Partnered with Minitab and Instantis to combine project portfolio management for ease of use and reporting.

Drove successfully project focused on KPI development, systems integration, and dashboard creation for NCR’s retail Line of business. The performance management system led to the identification of multi-million-dollar product up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. It was immediately emulated by three additional NCR product lines.

Recruited to develop and implement the company’s world class performance scorecard. Led high profile projects with corporate leadership to define, set goals, and improve key performance indicators (KPI) including “Perfect Order”.
