2010- Present BIKE SHOP

• I support the Assembly Integration and Test (AIT) team by supporting the Bike Shop satellite machine shop at building 845 (Hanger). I communicate and interface with customers, assign jobs, submit and pick up work from vendors and train staff on how to perform these tasks.

• My profitable results continue as I contribute to the Bike Shop by managing material and jobs through the fabrication / machining process at building 845 and track outside processes.

• I partner with the procurement department to help streamline the process for the Bike Shop and its customers.

• I manage the procurement folder system to keep parts, material and hardware on track and assessable to engineering.

• I have worked in the electrical lab for 4 years

• I'm in charge of receiving materials and manage their distribution.

• I partner with Sturgeons to get three new lathes wired in at the main Bike Shop along with a bandsaw.

• I partner with TCMI to get all of the 3D printing material added.

• I facilitated a new vendor being added to the list for Garnet (water-jet) due to the old vendor missing our deliveries.

• I ‘m the main contact with MSC to order any tooling needed.

• I manage the vehicle issue for 6068.

• I manage all off-loading to our outside vendors. 2007-2010 Section Head, Operations, Environmental Test Lab.

• I mitigated risk and optimized cycle time by coordinating the activities of several employees as they supported test projects from numerous program’s customers and assigned test assets to those projects as required.

• I maximized the use of test assets and personnel as program requirements varied due to test article failures, scheduling modifications as often as every hour if needed.

• I tolerated high pressure situations from customers who expected miraculous solutions to their schedule delays.

• I mitigated risk by thoroughly communicating technical aspects of the test requirement documents to test personnel prior to execution.

• I evaluated staff performances and developed goals for each individual to ensure both employee’s and lab's success and conducted the evaluations.

• I interviewed, selected, and trained new employees.

• I implemented and executed a preventative maintenance program for the lab’s test assets.

• I identified and resolved any testing issues.
