Assisted with multi-state corporate transactional purchases involving coordination and preparation of corporate documents, preparation of documentation to support the acquisition of multi-million dollar transactions to include the development, lease, and/or sale of the various commercial properties for clients and, commercial closing transactions for Developer’s in-house legal department.
