I have many years of experience with interacting with people and working with databases under less-than-optimal circumstances, from criminal justice to the census but all stressful situations requiring tact with a bit of Sherlock Holmes to solve the “puzzle” and being as helpful as possible. I find people are very relatable to me as long as I give them respect first.

Accounts payable, bank deposits, and all ledger database entry, reports; manage calendar for CEO, setting appointments, maintaining his reminders accuracy. Responsible for corporate and private deliveries with set-ups as needed, shopping for needed supplies from local vendors as well as pick ups from other caterers as necessary.

Interview residents in targeted areas to collect demographic, economic, and housing data to document and report all findings electronically using an iPhone. Mainly brought in as a skilled closer to convert refusals to completed cases. Conversion of refusals to completed cases using persuasive reasoning and active listening skills. Conversion case success rate 85% this census period.

SEPTEMBER 2015 – APRIL 2016

Management of SAMHSA/HRSA Federal Grants, stewardship of data, generation of reports and biannual updates, and assist project director in supporting HIV Planning Council and Ryan White Funding. Assist project director in with a variety of research projects, conducting literature reviews, creating research protocols, identify and interview subjects, collect the data, enter the data into database and maintain the integrity of the study materials and data. Analysis of the data and assist the principal investigator in the final reporting of the study results, and publication.

Interview residents in targeted areas to collect demographic, economic, and housing data to document and report all findings using a CAPI system on a laptop. Use listing and mapping techniques to locate and screen potential respondents for a non-Census study in a convenience sample study and one longitudinal study during this period. All studies utilized governmental level encryption when transmitting data to study databases.
