Effective farmers’ engagement to deliver most of my objectives for the year with 6years + temporary leaf technician. I remained focused in the area of raising the standard of performance and always challenging others with my contributions to raise the bar of performance to become a permanent leaf technician in March 2018. Key Achievement. Achieved 94.6% of total land ridged in Ogbooro growing area as at end May 2012 as a single row ridging against the set target of 25% despite the strong resistance of the farmers to the new initiative.
