JAN 2022 – PRESENT – CYGNUS ENERGY (PRIVATE) LTD - PUNJAB GROUP Responsibilities – Project Manager LNG

• Overall Managing LNG Virtual Pipeline Project for M/s Cygnus Energy (Private) Ltd a company by Punjab Group in collaboration with M/s LNG Easy (Pvt) Ltd.

• Virtual Pipeline LNG concept include handling Small Scale LNG Carriers through Mobile Floating Platform MFP and distributing LNG through ISO Cryogenic Tanks to End Users via Road, Rail Network followed by Regasification at User Site.

• In depth knowledge of LNG business structures, licensing requirement and other regulatory and statutory compliances in accordance with Pakistan LNG Rules and Policies.

• Developing Feasibility studies, Project Plans and Operations documents for submission to different Authorities and Government Bodies

• Acquiring and Managing NOCs from different Authorities and Governmental Bodies for setting up Integrated Virtual Pipeline Project. – Acquired Pakistan’s 1st Integrated LNG virtual pipeline construction licence from OGRA.

NOV 2017 – DEC 2021 - FAUJI OIL TERMINAL& DISTRIBUTION COMPANY Responsibilities – Terminal In Charge LNG (O&M)

• Managing LNG Terminal Operations by Conducting ship to ship compatibility studies SSCS (LNG Carrier & FSRU), Safe berthing of LNGCs and Smooth Regas Operation to meet daily Nominations.

• Managing a team of 50 personnel for Offshore Terminal & Custody Transfer Station Operations & Maintenance

(preventive, planned & breakdown) to ensure zero downtime.

• Review and manage Daily Gas Flow Nominations, Gas Quality Parameters in line with Annual Profile Factors.

• Plan and Conduct Periodic Maintenance of hydraulically operated Marine Loading Arms (MLA’s) (ship to shore Cargo Transfer), Fire Fighting Engine / Pumps, Pneumatic Control Air Compressors, Lifting Equipment, Gas heaters, Pressure Regulation Systems, Pipelines and Valves.

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Electrical and Instrumentation equipment (Flow, Level, Pressure & Temperature Transmitters, Ultra Sonic Gas Flow Meters, Emergency Shutdown & Blowdown Valves, Control valves, PSVs, MV/LV Panels etc.)

JUNE 2016– TO NOV 2017 - FAUJI OIL TERMINAL & DISTRIBUTION COMPANY Responsibilities – Project Engineer

• Conceptual design, EPC and Commissioning of Pakistan’s 2nd LNG Import Terminal worth US $ 500 Million, including construction / laying of 30-inch dia 14 km high pressure transmission pipeline with a capacity of 1.2 BCFD of RLNG into the National Grid at Port Qasim, Pakistan on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis. The Project also includes chartering a newly built Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) “BW Integrity” worth US $ 300 Million for 15 years + Extendable, having LNG Storage of capacity of 172,000 m3 and peak regasification rate of 900 MMscfd, equivalent to 6.75 MTPA. The Project was of National Interest fast track Project constructed in record time of 09 Months to alleviate energy shortfalls in the country. Brief scope of the project includes:

o 30” Subsea Pipeline (Horizontal Directional Drilling) o 30” Onshore Buried Pipeline

o Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU)

o 400m offshore Jetty

o Gas Metering & Regulation Station.

• Conduct pre-feasibility studies, Concept Engineering, Front – End Engineering & Construction documents, including tender for International EPC bidding and review Techno Commercial Bids.

• Negotiate with EPC contractor and specialized Vendor to reach Profitable agreements.

• Assist to Obtain required permits, licenses, and NOCs from concerned Authorities.

• Develop Project execution strategies / plans and implement to ensure seamless delivery.

• Provide leadership & motivate project teams to deliver projects and maintain a positive working environment.

• Ability to interact and make liaison with government and multinational organizations to ensure maximum deliverance.

• Conduct detailed Project Planning in Microsoft Project of the entire Project.

o Plan, coordinate and Supervised Installation of 03 x Insulating Joints on 30” Class 600# RLNG Pipeline in accordance with ASME B31.8 including complete venting, nitrogen purging, installation of Valve Italia Insulating DN 750 Insulating Joints, RT / UT, commissioning, and Activation of Immersed Current Cathodic Protection System.

• PAINTING/COATING USING WATER ABRASIVE BLASTING.

o Planned, Coordinated and Supervised complete blasting, repainting of 30” RLNG Pipeline and skid mounted Gas Processing Equipment using Water Vapor Abrasive Blasting and Airless Painting.
