We need to handle the customer concern and resolve the same in real time. If customer has any issue regarding the customer services then we need to create Guest assistance case in the system for quick resolution. We are taking care of the name change request, email address update and credit the missing stays to guest's Hilton Honors account. Also, we are taking care of the suspicious activities on guest's Honors account.
