Duties and Responsibilities of Nursing Aide
Feed, Bathe, and dress patients
Take the patient vital signs
Serve meals, change bed linens and keep rooms clean
Answer patient call signals for help to determine patients’ needs and observe changes in a patient’s condition or behavior
Assist patients with daily living activities
Provide physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, exercising, or transporting
Measure and record food and liquid intake or urinary and fecal output, reporting changes to nursing staff
Observe or examine patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention, such as bruises, open wounds, or blood in the urine
Document or otherwise report observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
Lift or assist others to lift patients, turn patients, and adjust the positions of patients on beds.
Communicate and build rapport with patients who need assistance and emotional support.
Collect specimens such as urine, feces, or sputum.
Transfer patient from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.
Duties and Responsibilities of Medical Clerk:
Ensuring that all medical records are protected and kept confidential.
Ensuring that the medical records are organized, accurate, and complete.
Filing all patients/applicant’s medical records and information by country and agency.
Encoding and storing accurate records electronically.
Transferring data into the facility’s main system database.
Completing clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing patient/applicant medical records, issuing it-to-work medical certificates, and sealed work visas.
Assist the Physician on Duty in conducting a physical examination of patients, doing vital signs
Duties and Responsibilities of Store Manager:
Managing the overall functioning of the store.
Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
