PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Total Experience: 12Yrs.

Started my career in Subros Ltd. 2nd Plant, Noida, as Deputy Engineer Trainee in Production dept. from 1st Feb 2011 to 31st May 2013, and also promoted as Assistant Engineer in July 2012.

Worked as Assistant Engineer in Subros Ltd. PDC plant from 01st June 2013 to 31st May 2013.

Presently working with Subros Tool Engg. Centre, Noida as Deputy Engineer in Utility Maintenance Dept. since 1st June 2013 to till date. COMPANY PROFILE: -

SUBROS LIMITED is one of the largest manufacturers of complete auto air conditioning system. It’s an ISO-9002, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001 & TS-16949 company. Company has collaborated with DENSO & MARUTI SUZUKI JAPAN.

The company has grown from a capacity of 15,000 AC units in 1985 comprising of largely an assembly operation, into the largest and only integrated manufacturing unit in India for Auto Air Conditioning systems. Subros manufactures compressors, Condensers, Heat Exchangers and all connecting elements required to complete AC loop and caters to all segments viz. Passenger Vehicles, Buses, Trucks, Refrigeration Transport, off- roaders & Railways. Subros has manufacturing plants at Noida (2 nos.), Manesar, Pune, Chennai and Sanand with an annual capacity of 1.5 Million AC Kits per annum beside a well-equipped R&D Center and Tool Room at Noida. Electrical Panel (HT & LT Panels) Thermograph & Preventive

Cooling Tower of 75, 150 and Tr Preventive& Maintenance.

D.G. set operating & Maintaining all check sheet & A & B check of DG set

(500 KVA,140 KVA )

Daily monitoring of Power, Water, Diesel & chemical Consumption of Plant etc.

Daily review and check sheets of KWH, power factor, voltage, current, frequency and load of company.

Knowledge of machine breakdown handling &Preparation of Breakdown report.

Worked on Energy conservation by installing solar light &Lux Meter at Plant Lightings.

Knowledge of operation ACBs,VCB& MCCB power distribution.

Installation, testing & commissioning of lightning arrestors, dropout fuses & grid connection.

Prepare the Daily Check sheet & make Preventive plan of Machine.

Update the record of spare items & inventory of store.

Exposure of tools like 5s, Kaizen.
