The dimensions were modified & the stress values were reduced from the existing model. The rotation speed of the flywheel was set at about 3500 rpm & this project is a big success under Indian road conditions.

It involves model development, analysis using 3D FEM, Fatigue analysis using MATLAB, Wear modelling & stress analysis
