• Responsible for management of the Alliance's membership operations consisting of over 12,000 Internal Medicine professionals at medical schools across the United States. This includes membership renewals, retention, engagement, and fulfillment.

• Successfully managed a $4.7 million annual budget of membership dues revenue, increasing the annual member retention rate from 93.7% to 97.4% during my first year in the Manager role.

• Spearheaded the recruitment and engagement of member volunteers for the new Alliance Ambassador Program. The program was designed to aide in keeping a group of members volunteers informed & relaying information to their colleagues who hold ACTIVE membership at their respective institutions. The information will provide them with updates regarding current & upcoming events, offerings including things like webinars, seminars, in person conferences, professional development and continuing education courses.

• Held a key role as a conference manager Alliance National Conference and regional conferences. This included exhibit space, contacting vendors for exhibit contracts, ordering of event giveaways

(tchotchkes) for members and attendees, and leading in the hiring of temporary staff for coverage during national level conferences, which average from 800 to as many as 1,200 attendees.

• Management of the Alliance's Awards program, consisting of more than 20 Awards covering AAIM's member community.

• Served as liaison to the Membership Committee & the Chair to keep the group fully abreast of various Association items related to membership dues & renewal metrics, new recruiting efforts of member volunteers, and other engagement initiative. Kept members of the Committee informed with updates and the ad-hoc details as needed between regularly scheduled conference calls and in-person meetings.
