I have 26+ years of sales management and marketing in an array of mediums including print media, radio, online, real estate and retail.

In the 80's and 90's I spent 5 successful years as a publisher /general manager of 2 weekly newspapers. Prior I had worked my way up from Advertising Representative to Sales Manager before becoming General Manager. Later I changed employers for a sales management position with the Boston Phoenix's Worcester, Ma. division. Additionally, I directed the formation of an internet department as Digital Director for a prominent automobile company and then spent 3 very productive years as a marketing director for a real estate development company focused on the creation of several active adult communities, establishing the office for the owners and then designing 6 model homes from which to sell each community.

When the communities sold out I moved to Connecticut ( 2005) and took on the challenge of care giving, initially for my grandson while my son was stationed in Iraq and then spent the last 10 years caring for my father who developed Alzheimer's and passed in 2022.

It seems like yesterday I was firmly in the corporate fast lane and solid in my career but how time does pass quickly. I am ready to reinvent myself and take on a new challenge. People say I am exceptionally skilled at making a connection with people. I feel I am a good listener and I place a high value on pleasing my customers and genuinely care about their success. I am creative, intuitive and detail oriented while also being known as a strong closer in my past positions. I am eager to obtain a position of service for a company who might value and need the key points which make me different, namely extreme attention to detail and an abundance of sales experience including management and the entrepreneurship nature of the several business start ups of my career. I desire a remote position but will consider part time or full time positions, contract, project oriented or simply as an employee,either way, I am a desirable team player.
