Human Resources, Office Administration, Training, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable:

(HR Support Office for US and Canada): Provide general human resource services to all team members, including. Department Coordinators, Executive Directors. Regional HR Managers and other departments, to meet or exceed quality service standards.

(Sunrise of Lincroft): Recruited, hired and counseled team members; Processed & reconciled payroll; maintained team files; approved & tracked invoices; handled purchasing & inventory controls; processed resident billing; completed resident census reconciliations; prepared monthly key controls; oversaw renewal of licenses; ensured compliance with regulatory agencies & business controls; disseminated human resource information to team & assisted with ‘self-service’ items, e.g. benefits, 401K and tuition reimbursement; tracked ticklers for: TB/assessments, physicals, reviews, certifications/licenses and mandated training.
