**/**/**** - **/**/2013 Here is where my story begins, it was here where my passion and love for the exquisite, beautyful and delicious food begins, I started washing dishes and swepping and mapping the restaurant, I have always liked gygiene and cleanlines in all aspects starting for my person . The chef looked at me, and toldme that he really liked my personality, and offered me to learn the oyster bar station,after two monts he upgraded me to the pantry station, I learned how to built beutyful, fresh and sexy salads, I also learned how to plate deliciuos desserts ! etc.

After a period of 1 year, I learned to work and máster 100% all the fried foods that we had on the menú, after 6 months I learned the saute station a very important station for me it was here where I learned to cook all Kinds of fish either on the grill or in a fryng pan, always depending and pleasing the taste of our coustemers ! My next challenge would be the broiler or grill station, I learned to cook the finest,, perfect and juicy steaks such as Tomahks 32 oz, Ribeye 18oz, bone in filets 14oz, Ny 12oz, 8 oz filets etc...

Well, a general summary it was here where I learned to work as a team, to work with all the rules and policies that every Restaurant requires to execute a large volume of food orders with the same consistency as if they were a few, in short it was in this place where my passion and love for the delicious food began !. 03/01/2008 my story in the Restaurant continúe here was my second job ( part time ) I continued learning and strengthening myself with more knowledge in the Restaurant industry, I was much more comfortable at my work stations, my stay here was only 2 years, due to a car accident I had to quit my job .. Red O Restaurant Fashion Island Newport Beach.
