This letter is to verify that Emmanuel Alcime is, or at one time was, an independent contractor and

third-party transportation provider using Uber Technologies, Inc. 's software application (“App”) via

their driver account pursuant to a Technology Services Agreement. Our records indicate that

Emmanuel Alcime had an active driver account on the Uber app from Feb. 11th, 2016 to Present

(most 1-2 recent trip was completed on March 13th, 2023; the total number of trips completed is

23,305; overall Star rating is 4.98/5).

Drivers who use the Uber App are independent contractors and have the flexibility to determine if,

when, where, and for how long they drive. Therefore, they are not required to work a certain schedule

and can work any hours they choose. There is considerable evidence that this flexibility is what drivers

value the most about the App.

The amount that a driver drives on the Uber app in any given week inherently fluctuates depending on

their personal preferences, so the drivers themselves dictate their weekly earnings. Drivers are also

able to drive off the Uber app, thus, Uber is unable to verify their total income for any given period.

Uber provides drivers with the ability to access their Uber earning information online, which can be

found at the following link once the driver logs in: https://drivers.uber.com/p3/money/statements/all.

Before obtaining an active delivery account on the Uber app, individuals must undergo a pre-screening

process, which checks their driving and criminal history in a series of national, state, and local

databases, including checking the sex offender registries for all 50 states, including DC and other US

territories and the PACER database. These requirements are in compliance with local legal

requirements. Delivery people must adhere to Uber's Community Guidelines’ in order to have

continued access to the Uber App.
