MANAGEMENT

While Special Education is a change from co-owner and management of an electrical contracting company, I handle various duties that may be beneficial in the education field. My responsibilities include communicating with clients, arranging projects, scheduling the electricians’ corresponding schedule, discovering innovative technology and products in the field of electrical installation, records and bookkeeping, and customer service.

Mild to Moderate Grades K-4: Instruction in the areas of English, Writing, and Mathematics. Created, differentiated, and implemented IEPS and instructional plans; collected, compiled, and analyzed data for quality assurance and student learning profiles; created, and administered behavior plans as well as instructed students with strategies for behavior difficulties. Conducted both small group or one-on-one services for push-in and pull-out, worked with staff and other professionals for meetings with parents (both in-person and online), and maintained and finalized all required paperwork and records to complete the IDEA process on a large caseload (18-25+ students).
