High Performing Manager/Team Leader/Member with over 20 years of experience that encourages communication and strives to have positive attitudes throughout the workplace. Volunteered here for 4 years helping and maintaining all systems on campus as well as the other campuses. In 2012 I was then invited to join the Clawson Staff and soon held this position. I began creating a program to mentor youth and other volunteers that would like to and had the capabilities to become Media personnel. Within the first 2 years I was mentoring 6 students and 8 adults in order to build a creative and efficient team in which many of these volunteers and/or students have gone on to be integral staff members within the staff here at Clawson

Andrew Jones whom I mentored for a few years, and I can proudly say that he was able to take over my role as the IT Manager/Media Director when I became ill and had to step down. Work Experience

• Direct all media aspects of the church (Oversee/coordinate and facilitate volunteers for each position of each service)
• Work directly with Board and Lead Pastor in recommending as to bringing a volunteer on as staff.
• Manage media Department (Teach, train, and give manager support.) Recruit and coordinate volunteers for audio, video, front of house media, set up, and tear down. Optimize effectiveness and quality control.

• Attend Nationwide Conferences bi-yearly and research in order to soon advise Board and Pastors if any changes or new direction should take place to keep up with the then trending technology for better servicing in-house and live streaming

• Live Stream
o Maintain live stream hosting service and schedule weekly live streams. These will be on website, Facebook, YouTube, and app.
• Collaborate with Pastors Kevin and Josh on overall vision and design for Services.
• Accomplishments consisted of live streaming for more viewers.
• RTF - Repair Ticket Forms would go in to help detailed information of the issue which resulted in much less down time.

• My most gratifying moment as an appraiser was an event that took place when I had a property owner that had missed the deadline in order to protest her value.
