-Plating agar petri dishes / petri film for total plate count (TPC),
-Plating agar petri dishes / petri film for Coliforms cfu/ml and E-coliforms cfu/ml,
-Reading the microbial growths plated and noting the results,
-Analyzing the Somatic cell counts, butterfat content, solids-non-fat contents, density, added water to milk, freezing point depression and protein content of the milk samples,
-Generating and distributing the actual total quality report for each farmer in their district,
-Noting quality deviations and advising on corrective action in order to sustain good quality milk,
-Preparing month-end reports on every famer’s total monthly quality on their transported milk for payment,
-Generating and reporting individual quality reports for all factories that receive milk from our farmers,
-Assisting farmers with their State Veterinarian Tuberculosis and Brucellosis certificates,
-Maintaining and updating the TB & CA certificates from the respective State Veterinarians,
-Registering and maintaining our ZA application from DAFF (Department of Agricultural, Forestry & Fishery in South Africa),
-Applying for a monthly SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) inspection for our exporting rights to neighboring countries and attending to the testing and inspection conducted by the SABS,
