•I handle sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees for the company. We have orientations two times a week and hiring events every week or every two weeks. When I initially started the HC (Head Count) was at 300 the company was very understaffed their overall goal was to reach HC of 430. I currently have the company almost fully staffed at 420 and for some departments overstaffed. We then altered the head count because demands changed.

•I keep track of several reports and google doc spreadsheets with information on interviews booked who shows and does not show. Who was offered a position who started and completed orientation and people who left the company and who are pending in our pipeline to start.

•I create offer letters for anyone offered a position with KeHE because we have contract and non-contract positions and Union and non-Union Drivers. I help with the HR team with tasks as needed like drug screens onboarding paperwork and more.
