Solidworks and AutoCAD Designing: Designed over 650 products inclusive of joints, drifts, well-head parts and other accessories with premium connections like VAM, TENARIS, and API. Innovative solution based products targeted at solving a customer’s problem. Completed over 50 structural and layout designs and worked on several special projects at this Lloyd’s certified facility.

Wellhead Design Specialization: Comprehensive design for manufacture of hangers, flanges, casing and tubing spools and assemblies in accordance with API 6A.

Technical Documentation and Job Traveller Development: Provision of a clear and precise document with emphasis on reducing the possibility of any non-conformance. Development of dynamic Excel checklists and calculators to reduce redundancies and facilitate a faster product development timeframe.

Fundamental Analysis: Process complex problems wholly and propose radical solutions from a first principle process format

MARINE COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR Sept 2020 – Mar 2022 IAL ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD – Marine Services – Trinidad & Tobago

Project Management: Understanding and developing scopes of work for daily projects and allocating manpower resources as best fit for the scopes for the entire fleet of 8 vessels with a total workforce of over 60 men. Development and update of Risk Analyses, JSAs and all vessel certification to keep each vessel fit for work.

Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Development of a process for documented liaison with all key stakeholders ( Eg of variables that need co-ordination : Contractors, available down-time (if priority index allows it) and crew labour are needed in sync to enable a repair and recommissioning of the crane on one of the vessels )

Supplier/Contractor Relationships: A contact listing of over 250 vendors / distributers / contactors for all resources required: including marine safety equipment supply and certification, mechanical, electrical and industrial parts and repairs, consumables, lifting gear, consumables, fresh foods, etc.

Process Engineering: Daily review of the data captured by the Test Barge, SEA MANATEE, which is the only determinant of production rate employed by Heritage for their Soldado Fields.
