Career Summary: -

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with more than 11 years of experience in plant maintenance, erection, commissioning and operation in Cement Industry. Seeking more challenging assignment commensurate with my knowledge and experience, in a growth oriented organization.

Looking over the mechanical maintenance of Kiln and AFR section, daily manpower planning and making the regular schedule maintenance of maintenance of weima shredder which is use for shredding of AFR material, Spares for shutdown planning & procurement. ULTRA TECH CEMENT LIMITED (Unit: -Reddipalayam Cement Works) as Assistant Manager in Kiln Section & AFR mechanical maintenance from (July-21 to May 2023)

Looking over the maintenance of kiln and AFR section and involving in the corrective and improvement jobs.

Installation of the new magnetic separator for the AFR Preprocessing section For separating the foreign material which comes in Scrap material.

Shutdown planning execution and planning for the spare procurement required for the shutdown.

Manpower planning and assigning day to day jobs and daily monitoring of the equipment’s.

Installation and commissioning double flap gate for the AFR feed bucket elevator.

Installation and commissioning of the new burner and the blower with the blower pipe modification as per the new drawing. (OEM FIVES Pillard burner) ULTRA TECH CEMENT LIMITED (Unit: -Awarpur Cement Works Nov-2017 to June 2021)

In the recent Line-2 shutdown got the opportunity for erecting and commissioning of the Corlies fine coal feeding system in coal mill section for calciner & kiln firing, by dismantling the existing system and modification with Corlies system.

(OEM Schenck Process)

During cement mill annual shutdown had got the exposure in CM-4 Symetro gearbox overhauling major job was membrane coupling replacement and performed the NDT (UT & MPT) of the internal components for the equipment reliability.

Maintenance of the kiln grate cooler and crossbar coolers of line 1 & 2.

Compilation of the breakdown why why report after getting it reviewed from FH(Tech) and taking fallow up with the section for uploading the same in system for compliance.

During Shutdown activities of line-2 raw mill Symetro gearbox overhauling was planned as the bearing defects were identified in vibration analysis and same bearing was replaced during the shutdown and had got exposure of the symetro gearbox overhauling and performed the NDT of the internal components UT of shaft and MPT of the gear teeth’s etc.

Monitoring the plant equipment’s by taking vibrations of the equipment’s and spectrum analysis and identifying abnormalities and giving the recommendations for improving the health of equipment from getting to failure stage.

Performing of UT (Ultrasonic Testing) of the components.

Performing of the MPT (Material Particle Testing) for conforming any internal cracks in the components.

SAP PM & MM module utilization and performing of the PM07 and why-why analysis report.

WDA (wear debris analysis) by collecting the oil samples of the gearbox and turbine.

Got and opportunity in shutdown of line-1 kiln shell replacement work and performing the radiography test of the weld joints with the help of third part and after that getting it checked by UT (Ultrasonic testing from the competent 3 rd

party and getting corrected if got any abnormalities

Entering the abnormalities in sap and generating the notification for corrective action.

Preparation of the monthly vibration report with the analysis and the corrective action to be taken for equipment reliability.

New material codes creation and transferring the existing material codes from other Units to our unit the Software MDRM. (Pilog Data Master)

Identifying the abnormalities related to the safety of the man and machine and getting it rectified at the top most priority.

Performing of PMI (Positive material Identification) through 3 rd

party and by

coordinating with the different section for the checking the material composition is there as per required composition.

ULTRA TECH CEMENT LIMITED (Unit:- Pune Bulk Terminal Project April-2015 to Nov-2017)

Cement project of packing plant, planning, erection, commissioning, & operation OEM FLS ( Enpac Packer, Vibrating screen Beumer Bucket elevator )

Erection, commissioning of roto packer, auto loading machine (Autopac-2200) bulk loading system & silo mechanical equipment’s. (OEM Beumer-2200)

Fabrication and errection of bulk loading system with mechanical equipment’s, errection and commissioning.

Erection, commissioning equipment’s like process fans, EOT hoist, bucket elevators, bag filters, belt conveyors etc.

Troubleshooting of the technical fault and conducting regular preventive maintenance.

Implementation of 5S principles

Procuring and maintaining the spares required for the plant through purchase requisitions and getting it issued through the MR (material request)

Developing the local vendors for the supply and repair of spare materials.

Planning and procurement of spares for OEM OEPL locomotive (1200 HP dual engine) maintenance and AMC activity.

Implementation of 5S principles

Worked as a Shift In-charge for the whole packing plant operation with responsibility for the smooth running during the shift operation.

Cement Packer, truck loaders, bucket elevators, (OEM Aumund Kaeser & IR compressors, KPT blowers and belt conveyors maintenance.

Planning and procuring the spares for (OEM Kaeser & IR Compressor through AMC

Reporting & consulting of shift operations to higher officials.

Have participated in the Annual shutdown jobs of plant vibrating screen mesh and bearing replacement, erecting dust collectors to reduce dust emission in the truck loading, erection commissioning of the New 12 Spout packer from vertical to horizontal feeding in packing plant-1. (OEM FLS Make)

Active team member for the shutdown of the silo cleaning using the codex method and air slide cloth replacement and maintenance work. (Completed the silo cleaning in the record 10 days including the dead material extraction and replacing all 64 air slide cloth replacement and worn-out aeration pipe line replacement.

Troubleshooting the technical fault and conducting regular preventive and corrective maintenance on regular basis.

Manpower Planning & Parameters controlling for wagon unloading operation and Regular maintenance report maintaining.
