● Interpret P&IDS to determine how the equipment will be setup. Once the equipment is setup rig up all iron, hoses, and safety systems. After this has been done wait for the customer to start flowing and monitor equipment to make sure everything is functioning correctly. Go to customer sites to run tests on their fluid using a high resolution 4k camera ran off of software to determine what types of things are in their fluid. It can be anything from solids, oil, and agglomerations. When using the software you have to train it on what images coming in are. Once, this is done it will categorize them based on each class then you will be able to determine what next steps the customer will need to go through to eliminate the existing problems. ● Went to customer sites to install and setup drilling monitoring equipment. This consisted of setting up computer Ip addresses, pit probes, electrical boxes, running communications cables, internet, and phone.
